Hey! Its Luke, we're hiring (Rocket League jobs lol)

We're looking for 2-3 new member guides. If you like talking to people on Discord, check this out.

Big news

We’re officially hiring for a New Member Guide role inside the Rocket League Clubhouse!

The Rocket League Clubhouse (RLC) is our private members’ community where players get live group coaching from pros every week, join tournaments and private games, and meet teammates in a supportive environment. We’ve grown past 1,000 members and add 20–50 new players every week.

Problem is, we want to talk to every new member personally and we need more team to do it. We want to make sure everybody gets welcomed, onboarded and plugged into the community. That's where we need help.

This is one of the most important positions in our community. As a New Member Guide, you’ll be the first impression for new members joining the Clubhouse. You’ll run welcome tours, answer questions, and make sure players feel supported and excited to get involved.

⚠️ Important: This role is all about people skills, charisma, and communication. That’s why the main part of the application is a short video intro (3 minutes or less). If you can’t show up on video, this role isn’t the right fit.

But if you're somebody who likes talking to people, you're charismatic and you're social, this might be for you. This is someone who will:

  • Run 1-on-1 welcome calls for new members

  • Walk them through how the Clubhouse works (events, classes, resources, etc.)

  • Answer questions and make them feel at home

  • Help direct members toward the right programs (group classes, Bootcamp coaching, etc.)

Some basics about the role: yes, it's paid.

✅ 20+ hours/week commitment required
✅ Paid, part-time to start ($1,000–$1,500/month)
✅ Remote, flexible hours (shifts between 9 AM–12 AM CST)
✅ Real status: Moderator in the RLC, mod on Twitch/YouTube
✅ Career path: potential to grow into sales, community management, or higher leadership roles

TLDR: It’s a part-time, paid role with room to grow into more responsibility. You don’t need formal sales experience, but you should be comfortable talking to gamers, explaining things clearly, and helping members feel like they belong.

If you love Rocket League, enjoy meeting new people, and want to play a key role in shaping the future of the Clubhouse, we’d love to hear from you.

Thanks for being part of this journey. We’ve come a long way since 2021, and with your help we can make the Rocket League Clubhouse the best place in the world for players to improve and enjoy Rocket League together.

Excited to see who applies!

Thanks for reading :)
Luke

P.S. We've been getting a ton of applicants because of the 30-day free trial. Thank you for the support. And stay tuned… our biggest project of the year, the Air Dribble Roadmap, is almost here. We’ve been dropping sneak peeks on the Rocket League Bootcamp YouTube channel.

Scroller Bonus:
New rule at spookyluke.com: we're only hiring players who are top 10% or higher in Rocket League. Just kidding. This was a joke I made on Instagram. Some people thought it was funny. Watch here for more
