Happy new year! Rocket League is going strong in 2026.

Our Discord community growth has been incredible. We actually hit an all-time high member count in our Free Discord (the Rocket League Academy). 74,570+ members as of this morning!

We’ve also seen a lot of growth in our private Discord community. Growth in the Clubhouse community specifically (that’s our paid improvement community with me and pros) has been way higher than we expected, and because of that we’re a little behind on things like welcome calls and tickets. That’s on us, but it also means the community is growing. Good problems to have!

With that being said, I wanted to let you know we’re officially hiring for a New Member Guide role inside the Rocket League Clubhouse.

The Clubhouse is our 16+ private members’ community where over 1,000 players train together every week. Members join live group classes with pro coaches, tournaments, private games, and scrims, all inside a supportive and competitive Discord. We’ve been growing fast, adding 50+ new players every week.

Currently, we are short on coverage. We have 2 part-time team members (looking for one full-time, or 2-3 more part time hires). Full time is preferred.

We are short somewhere between 50-100 hours of coverage per week. We’re shuffling team to meet demand, but definitely need more manpower.

That’s where this role comes in.

As a New Member Guide, you’ll:

• Run 1-on-1 welcome calls for new members

• Walk them through how the Clubhouse works (events, classes, resources)

• Answer questions and help players feel at home

• Direct members toward the right membership options (group classes, 1-on-1 coaching upgrades, Bootcamp coaching, etc.)

⚠️ Important: This is a people role. The majority of time on the job is spent speaking to Rocket League Players. That’s why the main part of the application is a short video intro (60 seconds or less). If you can’t show up on video and are not comfortable speaking in English, this role isn’t the right fit.

Basics of the role:

✅ 20 hours/week minimum commitment
✅ Platinum with 500+ hours or Diamond with 100+ hours minimum requirement.
✅ Part-time & Full-time options available (full-time preferred) ($500–$2000/month)
✅ Remote + flexible hours. However, must be available 9 AM – 5 PM or 5 PM – 11:59 PM CST. We operate in Central Standard Time. 60-70% of our community is from North America.
✅ Real status: Moderator Status in the RLC + Position as Trusted Community Figure
✅ Career path: grow into sales, community management, or leadership roles
